The Group Travel Coordinator will plan and manage travel for large parties, coordinating flights, hotels, transportation, and group excursions, while negotiating group discounts with hotels and airlines and supporting travelers before, during, and after trips.

Formación

• Experience in travel coordination, event planning, or hospitality.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage group travel logistics with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with group travel software and industry booking platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate travel for corporate teams, social groups, and special events.
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and group excursions.
• Work with hotels and airlines to negotiate group discounts.
• Provide support to travelers before, during, and after their trip.
• Ensure smooth execution of itineraries, keeping track of logistics and any last-time changes.
