Job summary

Within Health is seeking a Group Primary Therapist for a part-time, remote role in the Redwood region. You will lead group therapy for eating disorders, license CA, and pursue licensure in other states as needed. The position requires 25 hours/week and collaboration with an integrated clinical team.

Must have a Master’s degree and be independently licensed, with strong communication and organizational skills. Remote work spans multiple states, with a focus on accessible, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• Must be independently licensed and able to work without supervision.
• Able to obtain licensure in other states as required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes positive, trusting rapport with clients.
• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
• Creates and updates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Meets with patients regularly to provide services and adjust plans.
• Coordinates services and conducts ongoing assessments.
• Conducts group therapy sessions and engages families as partners.
