Job summary

Mondo is seeking a Group Product Manager - Platform to define and build a foundational SaaS platform. This senior role partners with executive leadership to shape platform strategy and own large portfolio areas including authentication, data, notifications, and customer portals.

You will manage a small team of PMs/POs, work with engineering on architecture, and drive adoption of platform capabilities across product teams. Remote (U.S. based) with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 10 years of Product Management experience with ownership of complex platforms.
• Experience in B2B SaaS platforms or multi-product environments.
• Ability to define product strategy and own large product areas.
• Experience working with internal product teams and shared services.
• Strong technical depth in backend systems and SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic direction for a multi-product SaaS platform.
• Own platform capabilities across identity, data, notifications, and portals.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and success metrics for major platform initiatives.
• Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate architecture and trade-offs.
• Drive cross-team adoption of platform capabilities.
