Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Group Product Manager for Data Products & Analytics to own the strategy and roadmap of the enterprise data product portfolio. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner across Marketing, IT, and product management to deliver trusted data products that drive decisions and customer experiences.

You will apply SQL, Python, and analytics expertise to shape scalable architecture, data quality, and governance while advancing capabilities like Customer 360 and AI-powered

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, data products, analytics, data platforms, or a related technical leadership role.
• 3+ years leading technical teams that include data analysts, data engineers, or data scientists.
• Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise data or analytics product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong technical foundation in analytics, data engineering, or data science, including SQL and Python.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable data products.
• Ability to participate in architecture discussions while balancing customer needs and feasibility.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work in matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and business-case development skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for TE’s enterprise data product portfolio.
• Lead discovery with business units and digital teams to identify high-value opportunities.
• Prioritize investments based on customer value, outcomes, feasibility, and strategic fit.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of data professionals and guide data pipelines, models, and AI decisions.
• Partner with IT and platform teams to shape scalable architecture and data quality strategies.
