Job summary

SmartRent is seeking a Group Product Manager, Data & Analytics to drive the strategic vision for our enterprise data, reporting, and AI/ML products. You will lead customer research, translate insights into requirements, and collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of product management experience.
• 3+ years leading data products, analytics platforms, or ML solutions.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and ML teams.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, data architectures, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and modern data stack concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for enterprise data, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Lead research, translate insights into requirements, and shape product features.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Operations, Finance, IT, customers, and partners.
• Turn telemetry and IoT data into predictive models and analytics for users.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to guide decision making.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Business or related technical degree
