Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Group Product Manager, Data and Analytics to lead the Digital COE’s Data Products Team and own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of TE’s enterprise data product portfolio.

Reporting to the Director, Digital & Data Product Management & UX, this leader will manage data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists while partnering with IT, marketing, sales, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver trusted data products that impact decision-making and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, data products, analytics, data platforms, or a related technical product leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams that include data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, or similar roles.
• Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise data or analytics product strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong technical foundation in analytics, data engineering, or data science, including professional experience using SQL and Python.
• Experience partnering with engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable data products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for TE’s enterprise data product portfolio.
• Lead discovery with business units, Marketing, Sales, digital teams, and enterprise stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Prioritize investments based on customer value, business outcomes, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists.
