Onward Search partners with a healthcare-focused marketing agency to hire a Group Project Manager for a remote, region-specific assignment lasting 10 to 26 weeks. The role oversees cross-functional teams and complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Candidates should have 5+ years in project management, with at least 1 year in agency settings, plus strong leadership and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with project management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, including at least 1 year in agency management.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple project teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Identify risks and develop plans to mitigate delays or issues.
• Build strong internal and client relationships to communicate project needs.
• Collaborate with finance to develop estimates, review change orders, and support profitability.
• Mentor and support 3-4 direct reports, fostering development and maintaining high performance standards.
