Job summary

Onward Search is seeking an experienced Agency Group Project Manager to support a healthcare-focused organization. This remote role (EST region) oversees complex projects across healthcare marketing disciplines and mentors a PM team, while partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery.

You will manage multiple projects, identify risks, allocate resources, and help with budget planning and vendor negotiations, reporting to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, including ad agency management.
• Proven leadership experience with direct reports.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing and refining PM processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple agency projects, ensuring timelines and standards.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
• Foster relationships with internal teams and clients and communicate project needs.
• Oversee resource allocation and staffing to maintain productivity.

• Experience in developing and refining project management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
