Onward Search is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor for a temporary, remote role in the NY region. You will lead HCP-focused promotional content and messaging across print and digital channels, guiding writers and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific and regulatory quality.

You will mentor junior writers, drive launch plans, and support lifecycle marketing and brand evolution, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Proven ability to lead brands and mentor creative teams.
• Extensive experience writing for healthcare professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of HCP-focused promotional content across print and digital channels.
• Create messaging platforms, campaign concepts, and integrated communication strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, medical, and account leadership teams.
• Provide creative oversight and quality control across projects.
