BGBx in the New York area is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor to lead the development of strategy-driven content for healthcare brands. You will oversee a team of writers, ensure medical accuracy, creativity, and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand messaging across channels.

This hands-on role requires leadership, mentoring, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare/pharma copywriting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Regulatory awareness (FDA, OPDP, medical/legal review).
• Experience translating complex science into compelling content.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas preferred.
