P10 is a remote-first agency seeking an experienced Art Supervisor to lead visual storytelling for pharma and healthcare brands. You’ll shape concepts, defend creative rationale with clients, and mentor Art Directors and Designers to maintain craft across every deliverable.

You bring 5 years of agency experience, a strong portfolio across print, digital, social, and omnichannel, and expert skills in branding, typography, and layout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of advertising agency experience, pharma or healthcare marketing preferred.
• Portfolio showing conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work across print, digital, social, and omnichannel.
• Strong visual storytelling instincts grounded in branding, typography, layout, and design fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable defending creative rationale to clients directly.
• Proven experience mentoring creative talent while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with pharma regulatory review; AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction and execution of integrated campaigns for pharma/healthcare brands.
• Partner with Copy Supervisors and cross-functional teams to balance storytelling with regulatory accuracy.
• Mentor Art Directors and Designers with direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Present creative concepts to clients and internal teams, owning the strategic rationale behind the work.
• Guide projects from concept through final production while maintaining craft and consistency.
• Translate clinical data, customer insights, and market trends into visual work across print, digital, social, and omnichannel.
• Push for better, exploring new creative approaches and technologies rather than staying with the safe option.
