Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will work closely with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits compliance vision, manage risk, and improve controls across the enterprise.

The role requires strong program management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while navigating HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1/SOC2 frameworks. A remote-first environment with comprehensive benefits supports your work and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance
• 3+ years with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams
• Maintain and document enterprise risk management processes and controls
• Perform routine/ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform and risk information
• Prepare reports on security risk for executives and stakeholders
• Support internal/external audits and respond to audit requests
• Engage with clients to address security questionnaire and audit findings
• Stay current on audit and compliance trends
• Oversee third-party vendor assessment and compliance
