You will build risk registers, monitor regulatory adherence, and coordinate audits with cross-functional teams. The position supports training, policy updates, and clear executive reporting in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or audit.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• GovRAMP/StateRAMP/FedRAMP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing risk reviews and maintain a risk register.
• Support risk assessments across critical processes and systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and track risk mitigation plans.
• Assist in building risk metrics and reporting for executives.
• Monitor adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal controls; coordinate audits.
• Lead or support audit readiness by collecting evidence and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure no material audit findings.
• Review and update GRC policies on a regular cadence.
• Support compliance and security training initiatives.
• Distribute awareness materials on key compliance topics.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and post-incident reviews.
