Job summary

bswift is seeking a motivated GRC Analyst to join our Information Security team. You’ll support governance, risk, and compliance efforts, respond to client security inquiries, and assist with audits across SOC 2 and related controls.

The role emphasizes translating technical security concepts into clear, customer-friendly responses and collaborating across Sales, Legal, and Product teams in a deadline-driven environment. Remote-friendly with Chicago base opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years in information security, IT audit, GRC, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of security concepts and compliance including SOC 2 and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client assurance requests and security documentation.
• Interpret requirements and draft accurate, defensible questionnaire responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and Security teams to gather info.
• Utilize approved tools to draft responses and improve content.
• Support audits and maintain evidence for compliance programs.
