Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives in a remote-first environment. You will work with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision and mitigate risks across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance, with HIPAA controls and SSAE/SOC1/SOC2 experience, and a strong eye for detail to identify and address risks across the population.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to work in a very detailed manner and identify risk across population.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits compliance vision.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets and associated threats and vulnerabilities.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on the program’s health.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Stay up to date with latest audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
