Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to lead and execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will collaborate with security and compliance teams and help implement RxBenefits' compliance vision, with strong program and project management and meticulous attention to detail.

This remote-first role offers a competitive salary range of $80,800 to $101,000 per year, with short-term incentive eligibility. Candidates should have 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance, and experience with HIPAA,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls, risk information, and related details.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on health of the program and risk position.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies in audits and drive actionable business impact.
• Balance business strategy with appropriate risk management controls.
• Stay up to date with latest audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
