Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a creative Graphics Designer on a full-time contract basis to develop engaging visual content and support marketing initiatives.

You will maintain brand consistency across digital and print formats and deliver high-quality designs aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include creating assets for digital platforms, presentations, and publications, while applying typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools preferred.
• Solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate briefs into effective visual designs and revise quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop creative design concepts and layouts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design materials for digital platforms, print publications, presentations, advertisements, and internal communications.
• Apply typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy to design projects.
• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams to understand design requirements.
• Work with senior designers to develop effective visual solutions.
• Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and project requirements.
• Ensure all completed designs meet quality, branding, and formatting standards.
• Maintain consistency across branding and marketing materials.
