Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking a creative Graphics Designer for a full-time contract role to produce engaging digital and print materials while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across marketing, product, and communications teams, manage multiple projects, and stay current with design trends to deliver high-quality visuals that support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years in graphic design, visual communications, marketing design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design fundamentals, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other digital design and collaboration tools is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and other visual assets.
• Develop creative design concepts and layouts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design materials for digital platforms, print publications, presentations, advertisements, and internal communications.
• Apply typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy to design projects.
• Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, icons, and other visual elements.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and internal teams.
