Job summary

icreatives is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer for a remote contract focused on event production, print, web, social media, and multimedia design. The role involves creating visual assets for a large convention and promotional materials.

You will collaborate with a team of graphic designers, report to the Graphics Lead, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The assignment runs through mid-November 2024, with a convention in September 2024; 40-hour weeks, part-time, remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Prezi for presentations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
• Experience working on a Mac platform.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A reliable computer and internet connection for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Design environmental graphics, event app graphics, multimedia and audiovisual presentations, merchandise, and promotional items for a large convention.
• Create social media graphics, flyers, brochures, direct mail materials, advertisements, and web assets.
• Develop visual materials for print, digital, event, and multimedia applications.
• Collaborate with other graphic designers to deliver design assets that meet project requirements.
• Report to the Graphics Lead and coordinate work within the design team.
• Manage design tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
