Job summary

History Factory is seeking a versatile contract Graphic Designer (Junior to Mid-Level) to join the Design Team for approximately six weeks. The role is remote/hybrid with 20-40 hours per week, starting mid-September.

You will collaborate daily with core teams to deliver across brand systems, exhibits, publications, and digital experiences. The candidate should bring 5+ years of agency experience, rapid concepting, and strong production-file skills to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience handling medium-to-large-scale design projects.
• Adept at generating high-volume, iterative design solutions with speed and agility.
• Mastery of final production file preparation across web, print, and environmental/exhibit media.
• Proven track record designing across multiple formats (print, publication, web, spatial/environmental).
• Availability to work with an extended project team and communicate via email/Slack.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with History Factory's core creative team on client deliverables across physical, digital, and environmental touchpoints.
• Develop creative pitch and design review decks for client and potential client presentations.
• Design and produce assets for brand systems, campaigns, spatial/exhibit graphics, publications, and web design.
• Prepare and finalize production-ready files for print, digital, and large-scale exhibit fabrication.
• Participate in team check-ins and client/project briefings to align on direction and refine concepts.
