Job summary

Rise Up Selects is seeking a highly capable Graphic Designer to craft standout key art and brand systems for our festivals, concerts, and client events. You will deliver across digital and physical assets, from social posts to large-format signage, moving quickly to meet tight announce dates.

The role requires strong typography, layout sensibility, and a portfolio showing range. Remote-friendly with an office-first base in Salt Lake City; full-time with competitive benefits and a 55k–75k annual

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Experience in music, live events, entertainment, or agency work preferred
• Design experience for paid social and digital advertising, not just brand work
• Experience preparing print-ready and large-format files
• Strong portfolio demonstrates range and vision

Responsibilities

• Develop key art and brand identity for festivals, concert series, and shows
• Extend art into full campaign systems across placements and formats
• Maintain brand guidelines across Rise Up Selects and event properties
• Adapt assets to client brand standards on agency projects
• Create paid social assets across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and more
• Produce organic social content (static, carousel, story)
• Design email, SMS, landing pages, and ticketing assets
• Build asset variations to meet high-volume campaign demands
• Create print-ready posters, flyers, signage, and merchandise concepts
