Job summary

JustFoodForDogs is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital and retail experiences. Report to the Creative Director and collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to deliver compelling designs for social, email, web, print, and in-store materials.

You will work with marketing, retail, ecommerce and creative teams to ensure consistent brand presentation at every touchpoint while managing multiple projects remotely on deadline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field with 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma; motion experience a plus.
• Portfolio with a mix of digital and print work, plus concept work showing creativity and production craft.
• Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects remotely on deadline.

Responsibilities

• Digital Design: Create graphics for social media, email, web, and paid ads.
• Retail Graphics: Design in-store signage, menu boards, window graphics, and POP materials for stores and partners.
• Print: Design brochures, display sheets, and flyers; prepare press-ready files.
• Packaging Design: Support development of packaging designs with production knowledge.
• Design Concepts: Collaborate to bring concepts to life from mood boards to polished mockups.
• Campaign Adaptation: Resize and version campaign creative across digital, print, and retail.
• Brand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines across every touchpoint.
