Job summary

the company LLC is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to help bring the brand to life across digital and retail experiences. Reporting to the Creative Director and collaborating closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll turn concepts into compelling designs for social, email, web, print, and in-store environments.

You will work with marketing, retail, ecommerce, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong portfolio of digital and print work.

Responsibilities

• Digital Design: create graphics for social, email, web, and paid ads.
• Retail Graphics: design in-store signage, menu boards, window graphics, and POP materials.
• Print: design collateral and produce press-ready files.
• Packaging Design: support packaging development with production knowledge.
• Design Concepts: collaborate on mood boards and mockups from concept to final art.
• Campaign Adaptation: resize and version creatives across channels.
• Brand Consistency: apply guidelines across touchpoints.

Position Overview:We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help bring the the company brand to life across digital and retail experiences. Reporting to the Creative Director and collaborating closely with our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll turn creative concepts into compelling designs across social, email, web, print, and in-store environments. You’ll work alongside our marketing, retail, ecommerce and creative teams, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how our brand shows up at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Design: Create graphics for social media, email, web, and paid ads.
• Retail Graphics: Design in-store signage, menu boards, window graphics, and POP materials for our stores and retail partners.
• Print: Design collateral such as brochures, display sheets, and flyers. Understand how to create prepare press-ready files.
• Packaging Design: Support the development of packaging designs, with an understanding of production processes, print specifications, and final artwork preparation.
• Design Concepts: Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director to bring creative concepts to life, from mood boards and initial explorations to polished mockups.
• Campaign Adaptation: Resize and version campaign creative across digital, print, and retail.
• Brand Consistency: Apply brand guidelines across every touchpoint.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field plus 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. Motion experience is a plus.
• Production Knowledge: Understanding of print production and digital specs across platforms.
• Portfolio: A mix of digital and print work, plus concept work that shows both creative thinking and production craft.
• Strengths: Strong attention to detail, takes feedback well, and manages multiple projects remotely on deadline.
