Job summary

Pawsitivity Co is seeking a meticulous Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing lifestyle pet brand. This part-time role is based in Chelmsford, MA with a hybrid remote arrangement and occasional factory color tests.

You will collaborate with the founder, craft inline product designs, and create marketing materials to support corporate collaborations. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and mastery of Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience (contract, corporate or internship)
• Portfolio submission required
• Occasional factory color tests experience
• Strong file management and time management
• Most work can be done remotely

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Company Founder on design concepts
• Execute inline product designs
• Create marketing materials for collaborations
• Coordinate with production team for test prints and color matching
