Job summary

League of Conservation Voters is seeking a Graphic Design Intern for the Development Marketing team. You will design email and web graphics, slide decks, infographics, and print materials, collaborating with writers, editors, and event producers to support donor communications and campaigns.

You will help manage the photo library, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to the annual fundraising gala materials, while centering racial justice and environmental equity in all design work.

Qualifications

• Experience: Graphic Design coursework, work experience, or extracurriculars.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Highly organized; strong attention to detail; excellent written and oral communications skills; strong research skills; exhibits solid judgment; critical thinking skills; able to work independently and as a team; able to handle multiple tasks; self-starter; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. Preferred - Experience with Dropbox and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Design a variety of materials including email and web graphics, slide decks, infographics, event materials, and various print materials.
• Collaborate with the Development Marketing team including writers, editors, production stakeholders, and event producers.
• Support the Design Manager in asset management for the organization’s photo library, organizing the digital library, sourcing photography and assets, and collaborating across departments to generate new leads.
• Center racial justice and equity in donor marketing materials, ensuring content reflects environmental justice priorities.
