Joy Education Foundation seeks a creative Graphic Design Fellow to elevate brand expression across digital and print touchpoints. You’ll translate complex ideas into accessible visuals for programs, campaigns, and stakeholder communications, ensuring consistent messaging.

This part-time, remote role offers hands-on design work, templates, data visualization, and potential light media editing, with collaboration across teams to keep materials current and impactful.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of graphic design work demonstrating brands and campaigns.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, accessible visuals.
• Strong layout, typography, and color sensibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design on-brand assets for campaigns, programs, and events (social graphics, one-pagers, flyers, slide decks, email and web visuals).
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity system.
• Build templates and toolkits (Canva/Figma/Google Slides).
• Produce compelling report and publication layouts, including accessible PDFs.
• Create graphics and simple animations for web, video, and social.
• Collaborate on data visualization.
• Support website visuals and ensure accessibility.
• Coordinate with teams to keep materials current.
• Manage asset libraries and file hygiene.
• Optional: light photo/video editing and motion graphics.
