Job summary

National University is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with administration and coordination of the Postsecondary Student Success Grant. Under supervision by the Project Director, NU Peer Navigator Network, you will support peer mentoring, supplemental instruction, and student employment aligned with grant goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in administrative support, grant management, office management, executive support, or related positions.
• Experience coordinating or managing federal grant programs, working with student employees and/or mentoring programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the completion of all grant-funded activities.
• Support Academic Peer Navigator program monthly, including scheduling and coordinating activities.
• Assist with monthly project budget monitoring and reimbursements.
• Request and monitor vendor contracts and payments in Agiloft.
• Update project SharePoint site and outreach materials.
• Administer satisfaction surveys for Peer Navigator programs.
• Reconcile expenses in Workday.
• Attend required network meetings and coordinate events.
