Qualifications

• Experience in proposal writing or relatable professional/technical writing, and editing/proofreading.
• Comfortable working with numbers and using Microsoft Excel (formulas and spreadsheets) and Office Suite to assist with grant budgeting and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

• Work with principal investigators to carry out administrative functions related to sponsored grants, agreements and award management.
• Advise on pre-award issues and review, approve, and negotiate grants, contracts, and agreements on behalf of the institution.
• Ensure proposal and award compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and terms and conditions, including 2 CFR § 200, Uniform Guidance.
• Assist with all aspects of budget development and budget management and post-award grant spending as applicable.
