Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a System Manager-Grants Office to join our team, leading all grant writing functions for the organization and Hospital Sisters of St. Francis Foundation.

You will guide the identification, assessment, submission and tracking of grant opportunities, manage post-award reporting, and build strong relationships with funders and internal leaders across Illinois and Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of grant-specific fundraising experience preferred; 3 years supervisory experience required.
• N/A certifications/licences not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the grant writing function for the organization and foundation.
• Oversee identification, assessment, submission and tracking of grant opportunities.
• Coordinate post-award reporting and manage disbursement of grant funds; supervise grant coordinators.
