Job summary

Community Health Resources is seeking a Grants Manager for a full-time, remote role limited to CT, MA, or RI residents. You will perform financial analysis, track grant assets, ensure compliance, and prepare reports for stakeholders.

The position requires at least a bachelor’s degree in business or accounting and 3+ years of grants experience, with MS Office and advanced Excel skills. Compensation ranges from $71,463 to $107,194 annually, with full benefits and professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with focus in business administration or accounting preferred and five or more years of experience in grants/contracts.
• 3+ years’ experience in a mid-market organization, preferably not-for-profit healthcare, with grant/contracts experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis to support program decisions.
• Track and monitor grant assets and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and sub-recipient requirements.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle grant/contract reporting and internal financial status reporting.
• Assist in grant implementation meetings and journal entries as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve grant-related issues.
