Job summary

Community Health Resources is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee financial analysis, reporting, and compliance for multiple grants and contracts. This full-time role supports Admin & Finance with remote work limited to CT, MA, or RI residents, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting with grants/contracts experience.
• Five+ years of related experience preferred; not-for-profit healthcare experience a plus.
• Experience with federal contracting, grant compliance, and sub-recipients a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analysis to support program decisions.
• Tracks grant assets and monitors procurement compliance.
• Prepares reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages grant/contract reporting and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborates with departments to resolve grant issues.
• Develops budgets and projections for grants and contracts.
