Zearn is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee philanthropic funding, reporting, and donor communications as part of a fast-moving nonprofit edtech platform. You’ll report to the Director of Strategic Projects and collaborate across teams to advance strategic grants and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in grant management or project management, with emphasis on reporting and execution.
• Exceptional writing and stakeholder management skills; ability to synthesize technical information into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communications with program officers and respond with professional maturity.
• Own the reporting lifecycle for high-dollar, multi-year grants, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Lead writing for bi-monthly, quarterly, and annual funder reports and craft compelling donor communications.
• Anticipate funder questions and prepare leadership with data and talking points for check-ins.
• Forecast upcoming reporting, proposal, and funding milestones to support long-term planning.
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure grant submissions reflect Zearn’s impact.
