Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in grants management or post-award administration.
• Knowledge of the federal grant lifecycle and closeout requirements.
• Ability to review grant files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned grants and closeout readiness, identifying outstanding requirements.
• Process grant closeouts in accordance with federal requirements and internal controls.
• Review final documentation for completeness, consistency, and compliance.
• Coordinate with grant recipients and program personnel to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation in grant management systems and files.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of closeout actions and prioritize workload.
