Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional experience; advanced degree may qualify with 6+ years.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including synthesis of complex information.
• Experience preparing reports, briefings, or materials for senior stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong coordination across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and track program-related taskings, requests for information, leadership inquiries, data calls, and other assignments from receipt through completion.
• Review incoming assignments to identify required actions, responsible stakeholders, deadlines, and coordination needs; monitor progress and follow up.
• Work across program teams and stakeholders to gather information, coordinate inputs, and develop accurate responses.
• Maintain task trackers, action logs, program documentation, and status reporting for leadership visibility.
• Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, presentations, talking points, correspondence, and other products.
• Research, analyze, and synthesize program information to support leadership inquiries and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements, including agendas and follow-up actions.
• Support communication with federal stakeholders, grant recipients, and partner organizations.
• Support program reporting, performance tracking, and dashboards.
• Document processes and identify opportunities to improve coordination and efficiency.
