Job summary

MyndBridge, a workforce development organization, seeks a Grant Writer to secure funding across government, foundation, and corporate sources. This is a remote, contract-based role with a weekly time commitment of up to 15 hours, reporting to the CEO and program leadership to translate outcomes into funder-ready proposals.

You will research opportunities, manage submissions via Grants.gov and NYS Grants Gateway, develop budgets, and prepare interim and final reports to keep funders engaged.

Qualifications

• Proven grant-writing experience with a track record of securing awards.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience with government and foundation grants, including budgets and compliance.
• Strong research skills and the judgment to identify opportunities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Find federal, state, city, foundation, and corporate funding opportunities aligned to programs.
• Write clear, compelling proposals tailored to funders and manage submissions.
• Develop budgets and narratives with finance and program staff.
• Write interim and final grant reports and manage renewals.
• Coordinate with program and compliance to gather outcomes data.
