Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Grant Specialist II to support Principal Investigators in pre-award and post-award activities. The role involves proposal preparation, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with sponsor and university requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating NOAs, annual RPPRs, and budget setup, as well as maintaining grant records. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience are required, with RMS and Workday skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• 2 Years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of RMS and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist PIs with proposal/pre-award activities including budgeting and data collection.
• Coordinate post-award activities with SPA and PI for budget setup and reports.
• Maintain online grants database and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support preparation of NOA and agency reports and funding requests.
• Assist with data gathering for protocols and other supporting information.
