• 3–5 years of grant writing/administration experience required
• Knowledge of grant funding processes, regulations, and reporting requirements
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple grants simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling grant proposals and reports
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis

• Assist with proposal preparation and post-award management
• Support financial analysis, contracts, and process improvement
• Serve as a primary contact for Principal Investigators and Department Administrators
• Learn and utilize the grant management system (Insight)
• Research and respond to inquiries on institutional policy and documentation requirements
• Transition to an independent RSS Grant Specialist with minimal supervision (≈3 months)
