The University of Alabama is seeking an OSP Grant and Contract Specialist II to assist researchers and staff in reviewing and processing sponsored project proposals and budgets under moderate supervision. You will ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and serve as the liaison between the University and sponsors.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of grant and/or contract administration experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of grant and/or contract administration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

• Review and process sponsored project proposals and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations related to pre-award and post-award activities.
• Provide oversight and resolve moderately complex grant and contract matters.
