Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles is seeking a Governmental Entity Liability Associate with remote work flexibility. You will manage discovery, draft and argue motions, and handle depositions while keeping clients informed and aligned with case goals.

Candidates must hold a J.D., be active California Bar members, and demonstrate strong advocacy and time management. Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus, and criminal defense experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery including propounding/responding, draft/argue motions, depose witnesses.
• Provide timely client reporting and ensure adherence to case management rules.
• Evaluate and execute litigation strategies with proactive client communication.
• Maintain proactive communications with clients throughout litigation.
