BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Governmental Entity Liability Associate in Costa Mesa. Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
• Criminal defense or related government-litigation experience is a plus.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery including propounding and responding to discovery and handling depositions.
• Provide timely, accurate reporting to clients and comply with case management.
• Evaluate and select litigation strategies and adjust as needed.
• Proactively communicate with clients throughout litigation.
