Global Medical Response is seeking a Government and Workers’ Compensation Appeal Prep representative to gather and prepare appeal documentation and payor forms for the appeal writer. You will also submit written appeals via payor portal, fax, or email.

The role supports timely follow-up with national payors, interprets remittance advice, and maintains knowledge of government billing guidelines. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three (3) years in healthcare/revenue cycle billing environment.
• Above average knowledge of Government and Workers’ Compensation payor billing guidelines.
• Ability to interpret remittance advices.
• Experience with post billing for Government and WC payors.
• Minimum one (1) year in a call center environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Office 365.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Empathic and professional written/verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office familiarity.
• Good time management skills.
