ADTRAV Corporation is seeking Government Travel Consultant Trainees for a formal training program, ADTRAV University, to become Government Travel Consultants. This remote position requires passing security clearances and training that starts 12/7/26 and ends around 3/26/27, with on-site week in Birmingham, AL in January.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service, and strong English communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Strong computer and typing skills, able to navigate multiple programs.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and graduate from the 12-week training program, including one-week on-site in Birmingham, AL.
• Answer calls and emails promptly for new travel arrangements or changes.
• Utilize Sabre to book airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain knowledge to assist clients without delay and meet KPIs.
• Follow ADTRAV policies and provide professional travel support.
