Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Proposal Specialist to lead the preparation and submission of Government and Public Sector proposals. You will collaborate with cross-functional proposal team members to respond to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and SSNs, and manage the entire proposal development process to ensure on-time, compelling, compliant bids.

The role requires strong writing, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• APMP certification or experience preferred.
• 1–3+ years of experience writing Government and Public Sector proposals.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact on assigned proposals, lead the bids and proposals team.
• Analyze RFQs/RFPs/RFIs/SSNs to burst the solicitation, create compliance matrices and outlines.
• Plan winning themes, value propositions and differentiators for proposals.
• Lead and/or support development and submission of winning bid responses with internal teams and partners.
