Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or related field required.
• Six years of professional property administration experience.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain property management strategies compliant with policy and regulations.
• Maintain official property records and update government systems and databases.
• Provide property administration guidance to staff.
• Oversee reconciliations of property inventories.
• Serve as primary contact with property management auditors.
• Lead on-site property audits with government or clients.
• Resolve property issues and communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
