Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Contracts Manager, Government Programs to support Federal programs and manage contractual processes with partners. This is a 100% remote role reporting to the VP, Westinghouse Government Services.

The role requires 10+ years in federal contract management, knowledge of FAR, and ability to travel as needed. DOE/DoD experience preferred; CPCM or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience in contract management with federal contracts.
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency supplements.
• Knowledge of government systems, programs and contractual obligations between a government body, a privately-run company and multiple sub-contractors.
• Experience at the Department of Energy or Department of Defense preferred.
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager or similar preferred.
• Ability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate RFPs including pricing, change orders and modifications.
• Solicit, award and manage Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.
• Manage Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreements.
• Apply knowledge of Other Transaction Authority (OTA) and IDIQ contracts.
• Support Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) reviews and audits.
• Negotiate successful outcomes on contracts.
• Manage contract/subcontract reporting systems.
• Conduct FAR research and recommend compliant approaches.
