Qualifications

• 2+ years of public accounting audit experience in state and local government preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA eligible or CPA license preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Manage budgets, timelines, staffing, and client communications.
• Supervise, coach, and develop associates and experienced staff.
• Build trusted relationships with government leaders and key stakeholders.
• Review workpapers, identify risk areas, and ensure audit quality.
