CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Governance Engineer II to transform enterprise API, data, security, and Responsible AI policies into automated governance solutions. You will build governance-as-code, guardrails, and reusable patterns to secure APIs and AI agents while enabling innovation.

Collaboration with security, data, architecture, and engineering teams will be essential to implement controls, track compliance, and create self-service tooling that makes governance easy for fast-moving teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software eng, API governance, or DevSecOps or related field.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting REST APIs and integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and governance-as-code practices.
• Knowledge of API security concepts like OAuth and access controls.

Responsabilités

• Translate policies into implementable governance standards and templates.
• Build governance artifacts, reusable components, and guidance.
• Automate governance, security, and lifecycle processes in CI/CD.
• Collaborate with security, data, and architecture teams to operationalize policies.
