Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking a part-time Recruiter to support sourcing, screening, and production processes across commercial and GovCon portfolios. This role partners with the Recruiting Manager to identify, assess, and qualify candidates for technical, professional, and cleared positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience spanning commercial and cleared recruitment.
• Proven success filling both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of government contracting recruiting requirements and cleared hiring practices.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for technical, professional, and cleared positions.
• Conduct structured, high-quality candidate assessments aligned to job descriptions and contract needs.
• Manage and maintain candidate communications, negotiations, and offer processes.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date notes in the ATS and provide timely updates to the team and Recruiting Manager.
• Attend meetings and present feedback and recommendations on activities discussed.
• Manage up to 15 or more open requisitions at any given time.
• Support the Recruiting Manager and team across all recruiting initiatives.
• Adapt to rapid changes, quick deadlines, and fast turnaround requirements.
• Represent the organization professionally and consistently in the talent market.
