Job summary

MCI is hiring Call Center Representatives for a remote role supporting the 'Get Out the Vote' initiative. Ideal candidates should be comfortable representing the Republican Party and possess excellent communication and reliability.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and managing customer information. The role requires a high school diploma and strong organizational skills. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance.
• Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous manner.
• Listen to customers and resolve their issues.
• Document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
• Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Attend meetings and training to stay updated on changes.
