This 100% remote role in the United States offers a base salary starting from 3500 EUR gross per month, plus a performance bonus. Open to adjusting compensation based on impact and value delivered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving user acquisition with Google Ads.
• Managed Google Ads budgets of EUR 100,000/month for a single account.
• Data-driven decision making based on performance data.
• Experience writing ad copy that persuades readers to act.
• Ability to work independently with transparent communication.
• In-house experience or agency Google Ads background.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Own your markets and manage campaigns independently.
• Monitor daily performance and improve results through bidding and targeting.
• Create compelling ad copy to drive conversions and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and structure accounts for maximum ROI.
• Analyze data, report KPIs and budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to boost campaign ROI.
